The Art of Architecting A Pure Mind
(How to build and re-build yourself)
What is the biggest and the most powerful asset you hold?
It’s not money, cars, houses, or people you know.
It’s something that can give you all of those things.
It’s timeless.
It’s eternal.
YOUR MIND.
Everything in this material world has manifested from the architecting minds. I’m talking about cities, buildings, cars, businesses, infrastructure, etc…
If you talk to an architect, before they even put it on paper, they first have an idea, an image of what the final result looks like, in their mind.
Quantum physics has already confirmed that everything in this universe is mental.
The life that you have is constructed and manifested into the physical through your mental body.
The good and the bad (if using labels).
The part that’s missing for many individuals is the lack of awareness and understanding on the mechanics of the mind.
Now a days you get a “how to guide” for pretty much anything.
You have step by step directions from how to turn on a device to building a house.
However, there is no “step by step directions” instructing how to use your own mind.
You are a product of programs
“The subconscious mind learns in a different way. I could read a bunch of self-help books, and score 100 on the self-help test with my conscious mind, but will my life change? Nope, it will be the same as always, because 95% percent of my daily behavior is still coming from the flawed subconscious programming.”
Every single human operates based on programs installed from an early age.
Between birth and the age of 2 the brain functions at the lowest brainwave activity, known as Delta waves.
The infant cannot analyze, judge, or do any critical thinking.
This means that all of the information that enters the mind from the outside world is directly encoded into the subconscious mind.
From about the age of 2 to 7 the brain starts operating at the wavelength known as Theta.
This is a hypnotic state and the most programmable.

HUMAN BRAINWAVES
In this state there is a thin line between conscious and the subconscious mind.
Now, if you think about why you are the way you are, you can easily retrace back to your early childhood years and connect the dots of how people, environment, movies, music, school, installed certain programs within you.
Which have become your:
Habits
Values
Tendencies
Thought patterns
Consciously or unconsciously.
Some programs are rooted deep within at such an early age that you don’t even remember it.
I had a teammate who committed suicide. One of the most craziest roller coaster of emotions I had ever experienced.
I wasn’t extremely close with him, but we were teammates.
Of course, when you hear news like that, emotionally it would affect anyone at some level.
However, for me it hit differently. I couldn’t stop thinking about him. For about two weeks I was emotionally imbalanced.
My mind was chaotic.
I went within to try and understand the reasons behind why I was reacting in such a way.
Through the process of meditation and talking to someone who understands the deeper parts of the human psychology, it finally made sense.
When I was a kid, I had several people really close to me who experienced a psychiatric breakdown. They, also, thought about taking their own life.
Some of these events happened right in front of my eyes.
As a kid, you don’t know how to process any of it and no one even asked or felt the need to try and talk or explain about what had happened.
I just stored all of that information deep within my psychological memory bank and never looked back.
Until 18 years later it got triggered by my teammate.
You, me, and everyone else live their life on algorithms.
Just like a programmed computer.
If you experienced abandonment at an early age, chances are high that you are distancing yourself from the people that are trying to get close to you.
If you had “daddy” or “mommy” issues as a child, chances are pretty high that you will try and compensate that with your partner or you will project that type of model into your own relationship, without even realizing it.
For many, the programs have been installed unconsciously. Which, you can now understand if you didn’t before.
The good thing is that you can rewrite and reprogram yourself at any given point (this does take time).
Pure Mind - Explanation and Application
The foundational desire of a human being is:
to be happy
to be productive
to have loving relationships
and ultimately to make a living by doing the work that’s fulfilling.
Something that may look like hard work to others but it’s playfulness to you.
However, todays society is pushing a different narrative.
We have come a long way compared to how our ancestors lived, but in many ways we went the wrong way.
You are working way to hard on the things the push you further away from your true self.
You are going in the wrong direction, which simply leads to more misery.
This is why the eastern teachings are so important. It teaches how to organize yourself within so you can live peacefully without.
Ultimately, you want to acquire a PURE MIND consisting of:
Self Love
Compassion
Sympathetic Joy
Equanimity
SELF LOVE
First of all, it starts with the understanding of what self love is. Accepting yourself for who you are.
The nobility of developing your heart and intellect in a way that is ready to help yourself and others.
You do that by taking care of yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Taking the time out of the day to do the things that are necessary for your own betterment, for self love.
Expanding your knowledge - faith, psychology, human behavior, emotional intelligence, physical health, nutrition - and applying that in your everyday life.
Only when you learn to love yourself, you will truly know how to love others.
COMPASSION
The whole world is suffering at some level.
Many have their hearts and minds blinded by their own ignorance.
Their own grief, pain, and suffering…
Compassion helps you remove the heaviness from your heart and breaks you free from the paralyzed mind.
Even when you’re feeling strong, contemplating on the pain of others is strengthening yourself, knowing that no one is protected from it.
Open your heart even to those who have theirs closed. By being compassionate.
This way, not only are you gaining inner strength, but you are also showing how to be strong and loving to others.
When there may be so much suffering and hate, you are paving the way for others.
The way to your true self.
SYMPATHETIC JOY
When is the last time you were truly joyful? Appreciative for the things that you have?
There is nothing wrong to strive for bigger and better things. However, you are going the wrong way if you are following the social norms.
You have unlearned being joyful because of the matrix that you live in.
I am guilty of this as well and I have to remind myself every single day that pure sympathetic joy is within and not in the external world.
It is a great and a noble thing to find joy in all experiences.

Realizing that life’s difficulties are for your own good, teaching you whatever that is you need to learn in that particular experience is God in disguise.
This is the path to the extinction in suffering. Finding joy in everything that life is giving.
There is great power in sympathetic joy. Remember the feeling when you share wonderful news with your loved one and they respond with pure joy.
Joy is the strength that gives strength.
Learn to cultivate it on daily basis.
EQUANIMITY
Equanimity is the unshakeable balance that is rooted deep in insight.
Life is the ultimate wave. You must learn to find balance and ride with it. Otherwise, it will crash on you and sink you to the bottom.
One moment you are blissed out while the next you are on the verge of depression.
Someone compliments you therefore you walk with a pep to your step.
You’re driving a car and all of a sudden someone cuts you off, next thing you know is angry thoughts and words are spilling out like water out of a broken fire hydrant.
Looking at the world as well as yourself, you can see how difficult it is to attain and maintain a balance and equanimity of your mind and emotions.
Awareness.
The simple practice of awareness is the key to finding balance and equanimity.
Meditation, vipassana, or as simple as stepping out into the nature and observing your environment provides a great sense for self awareness.
For one who clings, motion exists; but for one who clings not, there is no motion. Where no motion is, there is stillness. Where stillness is, there is no craving. Where no craving is, there is neither coming nor going. Where no coming nor going is, there is neither arising nor passing away. Where neither arising nor passing away is, there is neither this world nor a world beyond, nor a state between. This, verily, is the end of suffering.
At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how much you know or what you are willing, it’s what you apply and do.
