Listen to no one - trust yourself
Everything in this universe is connected.
We’re connected to each other biologically, to earth chemically, and to the highest source of intelligence we are connected spiritually.
You don’t have to go far to find this evidence.
Just pick up one of Jung’s books and take a look.
You can also listen to Nassim Haramein on quantum mechanics and cosmology.
If you don’t want to do either, just close your eyes and sit with a straight back with your attention directed between the eyes.

Meditating in Aspen Colorado, Punchbowl.
Eventually, this will allow you to see for yourself who you really are and how connected everything is.
Everything is energy.
Vibrations.
Whenever I go through some challenges in my life, one of my parents will call me immediately.
I don’t have to say much before they know that something is off.
Usually, they’ll say exactly that:
“What’s going on? Is everything ok?.”
Why?
Because of the biological connection you have with your parents.
Once parents transcend into the afterlife, the connection transforms into spiritual.
You remain connected.
Your parents, everything around, and this universe.
Everything is interdependent.
When you begin to think and see in terms of frequencies and vibrations your experience with the world changes.
This is the LAW OF RESONANCE.
To help you understand better let me introduce you to Abraham Hicks emotional guidance scale:

You are always doing one of two things.
Ascending or descending.
Evolving or degrading.
The emotional guidance scale illustrates perfectly which of the two you choose based on your emotions.
Consciously or unconsciously.
Through emotions you continuously create your life.
Just think about it.
You have some sort of experience which leads to emotion(s). Emotion(s) start as sensations in the body which leads you to generate thoughts on the experience. Through thoughts and emotion(s) you then assign a feeling to that experience.

You continuously create your life based on the looping of emotions, thoughts, feelings.
If you want to have a different experience of life, change your emotions, your thoughts follow, and you will experience a different feeling, which leads to a different life.
You don’t need advice
You really don’t.
Here is why.
Everyone experiences life subjectively. We can stand right next to each other and we will see, feel, smell, and ultimately experience the same event differently.
Why do you seek advice?
Ask yourself “why do I seek advice?”.
It’s because there is a disconnection within you.
Let me remind you, everything is connected to everything. Therefore, you always have all of the answers. If you don’t, there is a disconnection.
The only reason you seek advice is for confirmation.
Deep within, you already know what you want.
When you ask others for advice the answer you will receive is solely based on that person’s experience.
No matter what their experience was, your experience will be yours.
Of course, there is nothing wrong to ask for advice. You just have to understand that everyone’s experience with this world is different and the only way to find out for yourself is to experience it yourself.
The only advice you need to take is your own inner advice.
The advice of your heart.
Whenever you have confusion and you feel like you need advice, just take an elevator about 6 inches down.
From your head to your heart.
The mind gets clogged up quick. It is important to learn how to clear your mind.
Not to have a peace of mind but to have peace from mind.
Disconnection happens when you spend too much time in your head. That’s when you begin to overthink.
Bringing your awareness to the present moment helps you immediately.
Focusing on your breath - the air moving in and out through your nose will help to center yourself.
The quality of your life is the quality of your emotions.
The mind and heart have to work together. The two working together brings emotional balance. When you have to make decisions, always check yourself if the mind and heart are working together and if your emotions reflect that.
Once you become aware of this, you’ll see how many people make decisions emotionally imbalanced. The head saying one thing and the heart another.
Tune in to your own inner voice.
That’s ChitLife.
